RecommendedGreat experience..which is saying a lot because I don't like the dentist. Everyone is very helpful and understanding and really tries to help you the best they can. Dr. Ford is a great dentist, I highly recommend him. All the ladies behind the desk are great and make scheduling and billing much easier. Thank you so much!
when my retainer broke they refused to help me (understandably because lock down first started) but then downplayed the fact my teeth would shift if I didnt do something and acted like it wasnt a big deal. plus they had the nerve to tell me I could only come in for a cleaning at 7 in the morning because supposedly I'm a new patient even though I've been going to them for years

RecommendedI had the best experience here today! I used the walk in service to get my impacted wisdom tooth checked out. It’s was my first time there and all the staff was friendly and super helpful! I definitely will be using them as my primary dentist!
My husband has been a patient there for years and had the run around today while trying to get his fasting labs done!! He is diabetic and was fasting for hours only to show up and be told to go to three different buildings and 1/2 hour after his appointment time,(finally got his labs drawn) they claim they tried to contact him due to covid ..he has not changed his phone number and always received text messages in the past , he also has me listed as a contact person !! There is no need of this especially for a diabetic fastin... read more
