Great office. Dr You and the team have treated me with respect and kindness. The procedures, while not fun, have helped to ease some of the pain and I’ve been kept informed of my treatment plan the entire time.
I don't know what I would do without the Pain Care Clinic. I have been here for lower back pain and shoulder pain. The staff here in St. Catherine's are great. Very understanding and helpful.
Not happy with care I received. I was basically told just to keep taking the Tyneyol 2 I was prescribed by my family doctor which is not helping with my low back pain. And to keep doing physiotherapy and massage therapy which I have been doing for a year which only provides temporary relief. Gave me no real treatment, no new treatment plan injections anything just basically told me to keep doing what I’m already doing, which is not working. St.Catharines Pain Care Clinic is probably your worst choice for a Pain Care Clinic. Since transferring to this clinic ive had nothing but problems. I've been a regular at the Meadowvale Clinic and also the Oakville Clinic and they were outstanding. I regret having to go to St.Catharines. First of all regardless of which Clinic you go to expect to wait 1- 2 hours before you are seen by the doctor. If your appointment is at 2pm you can show up at 3pm and it still won't be your turn.
