They really treat you different when you no longer want to get the freeze injections which might only last three or four hours tops. Went back in to get another prescription for some pain pills which was doing a hundred times better job and they refused to do prescription because I no longer wanted to get injections. Later found out that they were charging the insurance company $600 for the same crap that the dentist uses to freeze your mouth. GO TO AVELLA PAIN AND INJURY NOT THIS PLACE. This place is awful. Start at the beginning. Its a 45 minute phone call with interrogation style questions. Followed by you still having to show up to the clinic 30 minutes early to refill out everything youve already said over the phone because they need a “hard copy”??. Waiting room and secretary are very nice. Once you are back in the room you pass many of boxes, moving carts and whatever other random objects they can put in a hallway. The Fibromyologist is very knowledgeable and very accommodating for his patients. I have been a patient of his for many years and he is also very kind. The same can be said about Dr. Giordani. Both very professional but personable doctors.
Dr. Green has been so great with injections to reduce the pain. Dr. Lance and the nurses were thorough, explaining every step during the ablation procedure & with post care instructions. This clinic has a Compassionate, gentle and skilled team. Thank you
