Rude and ignorant at reception. I called because I was gonna be 5 minutes late. She said ok. After 20 minutes waiting in lobby, she said I’d have to rebook. No professionalism, manners or respect. Spinning on her chair like she didn’t give a shit! Never go back there. Terrible experience from the beginning. 8 call backs before I got a person to book an appointment. Don’t waster your time.

Great team at the St. Catharines PCC. I had a procedure with Dr. Lantz. He was very thorough and explained each step of the procedure as well as what he was going to be treating. Very patient and kind and the nurses who assisted were incredible as well. They helped alleviate the anxiety I was having and were very compassionate.
