The front desk staff here are very friendly and amazing. Especially Mary. I've been coming to this office for years and she has never changed! The nurses also at this office are great, caring, very attentive and answer any question that you may have. Dr. Lopez is EXCELLENT! She is an amazing doctor! If you are a woman of color do NOT be seen by Dr. Beally. I firsthand experienced medical discrimination by this woman. There was a point I was going there every week because I had an issue that she refused to solve. The entire experience was humiliating. It took Dr. Tong (RIP) to solve the issue after telling receptionists I was going to report her (due to a policy where patients cannot switch doctors at this clinic). Placed on hold three times just to be hung up on ridiculous
Not sure what is wrong with this place, I've been to the lab and loved having ultrasounds there in the past. I decided to make my obgyn one from here because of this, Dr. Brotman decided to ditch my appointment they made 3 weeks ago. This wasn't an appointment I had a say in they just said we start prenatal care at 10 wks come in June 11th at 915am.
