I really didn’t wanna have to write this review, but disrespect towards my Mother forced my hand. A couple years ago my parents had a bad leak in the house that flooded everything. I thought of Rogers company to recommend from past experience, come to find out this time It’s not the same place anymore. Roger had become a very greedy, selfish man who doesn’t seem to have a care in the world except getting a payday. Incredibly unprofessional. My father passed away in December and their house flooded in February. My mother was left to deal with all of the destruction from flooding. Roger and his crew stepped in and they were great in the beginning and then they didn’t do anything for five months. Someone else stepped in and got the work done immediately. Horrible Communication and very bad customer service. I would be very cautious while selecting your restoration company…..
Jody and Mitch clean my house and take care of the apartment complex where I work. If you need anything from restoration to just a deep carpet clean, you should consider these guys!!
Last Dec we had to move out of our house due to water and pipes issues. Kendall promptly came to our house and got everything going. Everyone involved was wonderful and efficient. After 6 months of living away from our home we finally were able to move back in. Kendall was very prompt and so courteous with every interaction we had. We very much appreciate all the hard work.
