was able to remove broken audio connector that was broken off in the port.
Highly recommend PC Wizard, he was able to help me with a audio adapter that was broke off in the audio port. Called all over Duncan and Chickasha and he was the only one willing to look at it. A true life saver, made my 10 year old godson a very happy boy. Will take all my computer, phone or gaming system issues to him. Extremely helpful, nice and knowledgable.
