Took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix a single part on my laptop. Dropped it off, they said they'd call me back within a day to confirm they could fix it and give me a price. They didn't. 4 days later, I had to call them back. They said they could fix it and they'd call me back in a few days. They didn't. A week later, I called them back. Same story.
