I wanted to purchase an eGPU they were cool enough to make sure my laptop was compatible. It turns out it wasn't. They sold me a new one at a great price. Khris was very friendly and helpful. I will definitively be continuing my patronage. EDIT:The price I got it for ended up being within $10 of the lowest price on Amazon for nearly a month in either direction. The day before I picked it up is when that lowest price hit Amazon. It ended up being cheaper here than in Amazon on the day I paid.
