PC Smart One helped me again today when I accidentally downloaded Windows 10 on to my laptop. I did not want to upgrade from Windows 8 but Windows 10 installed by itself on my desktop and now on my laptop!!! I went to Box n Mail (PC Smart One is in that shipping store by Albertsons) and had the techs there rollback my system and it was very reasonable for all they repaired. Oh and a freebie! PC Smart One Computer Repair - Watauga, TX – I live in the Fort Worth area and when I called around for computer repair I finally found someone I could actually talk to! So many were too busy to take my call or the number was out of service. PC Smart One answered right away. These folks were so nice and did a great job on my computer. I paid what I was quoted too. They saved my data and set up a back up system for me. Would use again.
