I went in to get my system diagnosed after attempting to build my own pc that wouldn't boot. They took a look at it and within a couple minutes diagnosed that my motherboard was bad on arrival. Was there for like 10 minutes total and they didn't charge me a dime and told me to work with amazon to get a replacement. Turns out it was a bad motherboard and works just fine now after putting it together myself. Went in with a very specific PC issue. Joel was by far the most helpful IT tech guy I have dealt with hands down. Not only was he helpful he was personable and honest up front. He is not the type to screw you over like other PC stores and that was probably the most refreshing aspect of my entire visit. He will work with you unlike these other big stores and give you the best advice to not only get the PC to work but to keep it running for years.
Worst place ever couldn't fix card Rude and they were careless don't recommend going there stupid place
Tom and the staff were awesome!! My PC had an issue where it wouldn’t display on my monitors and Tom definitely took care of it! This place has the best of the best! Thank You Tom!
