I purchased a high-end Dell desktop from PC-Help. The tech called a week later and said the fan that ships with the Dell is insufficient. He installed a much better fan free of charge. This is why it’s worth supporting local shops. Amazon or Best Buy would not provide such service.
They have helped me with quite a few issues. Such knowledgeable guys, they’re fabulous!

If you need some computer/tech help, get over and ask Joel at PC-Help. I've been over twice for consults and he answered all my questions and explained it so that the common man could understand! Latest topic was the Windows 11 transition! Many of us are going to have to get new computers and Joel gave me some suggestions that will no doubt save me a bundle o cash. He's now my go-to computer guy/wizard.
