Took pc to them to have a virus cleaned, They did an excellent job and i had it back within 2 days. They are super nice and will jump through hoops to make sure you are satisfied.
PC Smart One Computer Repair helped me out again. Started up the old laptop for the kids and found it wouldn't boot up. Took it to PC Smart One and they fixed me right up. Viruses and stuff, needed a new power cord. All done quickly and at a very good price. Been going there for a couple of years and always happy with the results!
The dc port of my laptop broke and I took it to this place to have it fixed. The prices were extremely reasonable. (100 dollars cheaper than anyone else.) It didn't take very long to fix and the people were very, very nice. I will come back here if I should ever need my laptop fixed again.
PC Smart One Computer Repair in Fort Worth fixed our HP computer this weekend! Awesome techs! I thought my computer hard drive had crashed and it turned out to be a virus and spyware. Glad I found them nearby our office (Keller, TX).
My experience with PC Smart One was a good one. They quoted their fees to me and that was actually what I ended up paying. They were polite and informed. My computer runs faster than when it was new. Saved me time and money. Would use them again. Also they have FREE pickup and delivery, and a drop off location in the NE Tarrant area.
