We recently bought a samsung tv and sound bar and had a hard time getting it to work. Our salesman, Vinnie Ditta was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Neither one of us is handy with technology and Vinnie went well out of his way to help us set up our new pieces and when we hit some difficulty did some research and got right back to us in a timely fashion.
