The last thing I expected to have while looking for a new dishwasher was a pleasant experience. We were already upset that our 4 year old Kenmore Elite was shot. Our first stop was PC Richards just to “look”. Well, Joseph H. was our salesman and our attitudes changed. He didn’t attack us! He was pleasant, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The result - instead of just looking, we bought. We would recommend PC Richard to anyone. We would also highly recommend using Joseph H. as your salesman.

We've always shopped here because they're NOT open on Thanksgiving. Now we have another reason. Derek was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and he went ovet and above to help us with our many needs. He was awesome.
