Bought a dishwasher-supposed to be here in 3 weeks, took 6. 3 days after dishwasher installed, wheel broke off and melted on heat coil. Called PC Richard, they did nothing. Called GE and after more than an hour on phone, got service appt for 3 weeks out. Service guy showed up with no wheel, refused to replace heat coil with melted plastic.
