This experience was a nightmare. They spend a lot of time trying to sell you items that you do not need. They charged me to mount your TV, which is okay but they do not tell you that you need to pay over 100 dollars more for the bracket until the delivery guys get there. Then I went there to return a cord they sold me that I did not need but they cannot do a refund because I paid with a check card? I went to the Eatontown store looking for a new washing machine and was very impressed with the customer service I received. The salesman Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions! I highly recommend him!
