I experienced terrible customer service from this company. The repair took way longer than necessary and even to this day they still have not finished the repair! They took my money and did not complete the job. That was over 6 months ago!! They were never on time, complete lack of follow through, and terrible communication. I would never recommend this company!!

Since he has locations all around Texas you may not see REAL reviews this man is a SCAMMER you can view all my other reviews about how he stole my 3 laptops disappeared, didn't answer calls, gave run around and BLATANTLY lies in response to reviews. Set up an appointment, no call no show. Tried calling a few times once appointment time has come & gone.. no answer no call back. Just unprofessional.
My hard drive broke and I thought it needed to be repaired. PC Repair Network answered my call immediately and informed me that I could easily buy the repair part myself and install it with minimal experience. They walked me through it over the phone. They sent me the link to Best Buy for the part. All of this free of charge. Thank you PC Repair for being honest during a time where everyone is hurting for business.
