Worst company ever ! I start renting to an owner through P and G , After 2 owners they told me that I was going to rent from them and they increase the dollar amount of late rent fee. The house that I live in is like the Adam’s Family everything is broken ,toilet, dishwasher, roof licking … regarding the roof they told me that it was my fault because I haven’t change the air filter and they never told me to do so and I end up paying 150$ to someone to fix it.
