It was an emergency situation. I own a dental practice and need this particular computer for our digital xrays. I had a full day of patients scheduled for the next morning. I left my computer with the PC place around 2:00 pm and they worked on it until their closing time and I was up and going able to use it the next day!! Thank You Guys!!!
