I chose this shop based on the positive reviews, and it was a huge mistake. While the owner may seem friendly, his business practices are unacceptable. 1. Zero Documentation: I was not given a claim check or receipt upon drop-off. I had to ask for proof of possession, and was only allowed to take a photo of a generic, blank work order. 2. Unreliable Hours: He was not at the shop during his own posted opening hours. 3. False Promises: I was told my computer would be looked at by Friday. It wasn't.
