Jim is a great guy, he didn't talk down to me because I don't know much about computers. He explains everything and helped me pick out a great desktop PC. He transferred my data from my old PC the next day, super fast. I highly recommend them.
Brought old and new computers in just to copy files to new computer. There were many program files associated with a baseball game that were all in folders that when they copied the data to the new computer, none of the files are now in the right folders, they just dumped everything whereever, and half of it is missing, and now we have to have our son spend hours redoing the file copying so that the game works again. Don't PANIC!! I somehow managed to get caught up in a scam and allowed scammer to access my computer. I was so worried that all my information would be stollen and had no clue who to contact for help. I called PC Mechanics and Jim and Cory were extremely helpful and reassuring. I took my computer in and was able to pick it up the next day. Issue resolved. Highly recommend!!
