Took my custom build to PC Max to have Windows install and drivers updated simply because I didn't want to think about doing it. Also wanted a diagnostic to confirm build was accurate (they also gave me some useful info I didn't know). I called Intrex before I came to them and not only did Intrex (both Cary and Raleigh stores I called both) wanted to charge me $60 more for the same service, they gave me a turn around time of 1 week, and they were both really rude about it over the phone! Great customer service and very reasonable on pricing. Had my hard drive replaced within approx. 24 hrs of delivery and all data was gathered from bad drive and installed on new.
Pricing is either better or on par with other companies. Friendly guy greeted me as soon as I walked in and as he was able to walk from his back office.
Good location, best customer service and reasonable rates. Work was completed as indicated and on a timely basis. I was greeted immediately upon entering the business, the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and did not try to "sell me something that was not needed." Best customer service, and reasonable rates! I would almost go so far as to say that I hope my machine breaks again soon, just so they can fix it so quickly! It probably won't, because they do great work, but I'll definitely be doing business here again!
