Quick service! Got my phone fixed, paid them, and then they had family emergency after family emergency when my phone stopped working the very next day. Not a very good honor of their ‘6 month guarantee’ even though I have a receipt. I just finally fixed my own phone and found that the LCD wire harness was completely loose inside of the phone and I had to find the screws from within the phone. PC & Mac Wizard Service Did a great job fixing my HP DV7 I7... Serial cable and monitor were bad. Hooked me up with a great price on parts and Josh was really friendly and helfull. Pleasant experience. Will do business with again. Recommend to friends for Laptop Repairs. Note: I learned a bit more about my computer recently. My comment shows this and I realized I wasn't treated as fairly as I once believed.
