I first inquired on the weekend since I had cracked my laptop screen and it's a work computer. I need it fixed ASAP. He was very responsive and he told me about 5-6 business days. I was so stressed as I needed the computer to work throughout the week. He later clarified that the part had to be ordered and that would take about 5 days. I explained that I needed the laptop to work so he worked it out that I would pay for the screen. When it arrives drop off the laptop and he would be able to repair in 24 hours. 1 STAR (READ THROUGH) PLEASE JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN SUMMARY: Owner lied about the issue saying It didn't happen right after he worked on it, started pinning the blame on me, handled the issue poorly, and is charging me again if I wanted to take it to him. Very sad to have to write this because I had originally wrote a 5 star review. I paid to have a new battery installed and once completed, I Immediately started facing issues (battery related) that I have never faced before taking it to him.
