Called ahead to ask about a problem with my laptop. Call was answered be a real person. His name was Bruce. Answered all my questions, saved me money and time. Sadly he could not sell me a new laptop but he saved me money on getting the old one repaired. Goodly he saved me money.

I recently had repairs completed on my PC Computer by PC Expert Services. My computer was in bad shape and needed cleaning up and more memory installed. PC Expert Services accurately diagnosed the problem and, after my dropping off the computer was able to fix it in a turnaround of less than two days. Amazing! I highly recommened PC Expert Services!

I first inquired on the weekend since I had cracked my laptop screen and it's a work computer. I need it fixed ASAP. He was very responsive and he told me about 5-6 business days. I was so stressed as I needed the computer to work throughout the week. He later clarified that the part had to be ordered and that would take about 5 days. I explained that I needed the laptop to work so he worked it out that I would pay for the screen. When it arrives drop off the laptop and he would be able to repair in 24 hours.
