Terrible. All of the food was cool to room temperature. The pasta was cool, stuck together, and the alfredo sauce was cold and soupy. Stuffed mushrooms looked as if they'd been sitting out all day as did most of the food. Also, one of the appetizers were tater tots which were just a tray full of tiny broken pieces of microwaved ones you had to have a fork to eat. NIGHTMARE - Left us without a caterer 6 days before our wedding! We made an extremely regrettable decision in hiring PC Events Catering. Six days before our wedding, the manager (Kevin Porter) CANCELED the catering agreement without our consent. He left us without a caterer even though our wedding was six days away. Kevin Porter then failed to return the money that we paid PC Events Catering despite the fact that PC Events Catering did not cater our wedding.
