I had my laptop in for service, I had been hacked into and needed protection, and to get it cleaned up. The staff was very courteous and quick in helping me get my problems fixed, even provide me with extra information to look for to help in the future. I now have my business computers all being taken care of by PC Doctors, they have been a God send to me, my business and my friends.
Took a notebook in for repair, it has been with them close to 2 weeks now and not even a diagnosis. Terrible customer service.
I have spent over 4 weeks waiting on a Laptop CPU fan to be replaced. Getting the run around about item being on the bench and no one knows the current status. Then 2 weeks later, finally reported tha the CPU fan was not working causing over heating and shut downs. Now waiting over 2 1/2 weeks for item to be recieved. Speaking with Zack, then Shawn and still getting the same answer, "item has not shown up yet and can not give status of where piece is".
