Stephen came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I've had Stephen come in for a variety of things (water heater element change on a portable outdoor water heater, Tankless water heater maintenance, AC maintenance, Furnace troubleshooting / maintenance, and ultimately, an entire furnace change). Thank you Tom for your professionalism and your expertise with ACs! In the midst of heat waves, my AC was not blowing cold air as one of the parts was malfunctioned. I was not able to buy that AC part from anywhere! As soon as I reached out to Tom, he immediately recognized the exact item I needed, and he arranged to order the item from the supplier right away. Now my AC is working like new, and I would not be able to have a good summer without Tom's timely help! I highly recommend this company to everyone!
