Extremely disappointed with so-called service from PC Cell and Print Center - you cannot speak directly to the technician, so everything is "relayed" to him. The result, in my case, a new hard drive (at 3x the going price) and the same problems as when I took it in. Agree with everything by MicheleO as stated on this website - forget the MCSE certification stuff on their website - anyone with a decent memory can look up the answers on the Internet. AVOID PC CELL AND PRINT CENTER.
This is the worst place to take any of your computers or cell phones for what they say are free diagnostics. First of all, there is no one there that is technical to speak to and I left my items there only to be told 24 hours later that they do not repair Iphones or Ipads. So, my question is..why did you take the items in the first place if you don't specialize in Apple products? Then to top it off, the lady that works at the front was very rude and unprofessional.
