Don't waste your time. They will rip you off. I paid them over $150 and they did not fix my computer. Took my computer home after getting it serviced to only stop working days later. I took it back to them and they said I need a new computer and they cant fix it. I would not recommend them to anyone. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the risk of losing your money.

Took my computer in for repair . Was told it would be a $75 service charge I thought it would be more. Later that same afternoon, I received a phone call stating that the problem was found and it would be $20 to repair. Yes that is $20. Being a skeptic, I went to pick up the computer waiting for the charge for this and charge for that. I was presented with the bill for $95. Deceitful Billing Practices I was completely blindsided by the invoice that was just over DOUBLE what he originally quoted me. When we talked on the phone he said that there fee structure was $129 FLAT FEE regardless of how long it takes to fix the problem. During the first phone conversation, Matt who is the owner, agreed to match the price quote I had gotten from another competitor for a FLAT FEE of $99. Warning...the owner is writing his own reviews! Take a look at the other 11 reviews by highlighting the reviews under "Around the Web" on this website for this company. You will find that it is one person that is giving the company 5 stars....they were all written by Matt Normant, who is the owner, on November 17, 2010.
