Had a acct for over 30years at this bank and the new staff a branch are rud. Bad customer service. This bank 20 years behind technology. There’s better banks with better services.
They used to be an above average bank with low fees and helpful employees. Now, online banking almost never works which I'm sure they'll eventually fix. But the biggie for my poor rating is it no longer feels like a local bank. Any issues and they give you a phone number to call. Might as well just bank with a higher interest paying out of town bank for that.
I have NEVER had a better bank THEY HAVE LOCATIONS,FROM PUEBLO TO NEAR LOVELOND. I NEVER HAVE NEVER BEEN PUT ON HOLD AND SREVICE IS SO GREAT,HELPFUL AND PLEASANT.THEY EVEN CALL ME IF A TRANSACTION DOESNT LOOK RIGHT. I Am so pleased with this bank.do not hesitate to change over to this bank. THANKS .MELISSA FOR ALL YOUR HELP
