Gordon was so very helpful and knowledgeable when we had a problem with our geothermal heating and cooling system. He talked me through several setting scenarios to try to pinpoint the problem. He was prompt in making a service call to our home and the problem was fixed quickly. Highly recommend PBS Heating and Air!

PBS was on time, on budget and very knowledgeable, even coming back a week later to test the unit out and to make sure everything was running perfectly. When the owner tells you “when everything is done right this unit will not fail, we make sure of it!”. Strong warranty too - both unit as well as labor. I would strongly recommend them!

Excellent professional service that I would recommend. Gordon knows his business like no one else. I thought my Lockinvar system was on last leg and I would have to install a new one pretty soon. After his thorough analysis based on computerized information it looks like I may not have to go for full replacement. One thing that I noticed is how quietly my water heater operates. Previous repair people could not achieve such a level or refinement and professionalism.

My 84 year old dad's furnace went out and he called Gorden at PBS. He was told that the part was ordered but never showed back up or communicated anything. My dad went without heat for two weeks in February when the evening lows were in the 20's or below. My husband called another HVAC service and they came the same day and fixed it on site for $180.
