PBS did a superb job on the six and a half month long renovation of our Naples home. They finished on time--indeed, the exact day predicted in the initial construction schedule, and 6 weeks before the contractual deadline. They accomplished that feat despite the discovery of scary hidden conditions, several significant change orders, and rare hiccups by subs/suppliers.
