I sent a quote request, and they never replied. I followed up a few times before someone finally answered. They asked me a couple questions, but never sent the quote.
Initially PBFY Rep really messed up my order on the 1 lb stand up pouches. But I must say, once i got through to the right people, by leaving some negative 1 star reviews, things started going at the rate of Flash the superhero. No wait. No line. No extra change. Product delivered overnight. I am changing this 1star review to a 4 star, without any incentive from the company. I'm very happy about the way the management handled my complaint and delivered my on the order.
