0 stars. Honestly working with PBFY was one of the worst business experiences I've ever had. They delivered the bags with all the printing out of alignment. Because of this our production schedule for getting the product out was delayed. They then promised to deliver correctly printed bags, but again half of them were defective. Furthermore they printed a typo on the bags that was not present in the proof we provided them. Working with this company was a complete nightmare.

I can understand honest mistakes that are corrected by a phone call from the CEO. What I can not accept is repeated mistakes by a company that makes sure to processes your card and take weeks to even give you the product you paid for. This company and their poor service has now cost me roughly $2000 in lost sales. Placed an order on Jan. 31st, processed my card on Feb. 5th. Get a receipt stating ship date as Feb 14th. No bags. I email to ask status, told bags won’t be here until March 14th. Horrible!
