My pool was green for MONTHS having a lot of issues. We couldn’t figure out what was going on and continued calling this company’s customer service so we could have them come out to fix it. The specialist was basically coming weekly instead along with regular weekly cleanings. Turns out they were putting TONS of the wrong chemicals into our salt water pool and the levels were off. We hired Pool Doc to service our association pool. The first two service calls were fine. After that, things went downhill fast. I checked the pump room one day only to find that the feeder pumps had been turned off. One of them had been unplugged and the cord was wrapped up and tucked away.
