Not good. Communication is very difficult because they have a shared operator that transfers and it always goes to voicemail so you have no choice to answer when they call you because you won’t be able to get a hold of you. Also the lawyers are very cocky and rude this one lawyer compared my experience to someone else’s and said there experience was way worse so I shouldn’t ask for the amount I felt was good for me being compensated for. Just very frustrating experience with this company but they get the job done.
I have been trying to get in contact with this law group to discuss my case. I have emailed called and everything. When I called and talk to the receptionist Martha she always has an attitude and I only call to get a update once a month if that. They never return phone calls when I leave a message. The only time i get update about my case is if I called. Communication is horrible. Needs alot of work on communication and customer service.
