Our family had our very first cleaning with these wonderful ladies today. We are so very pleased with their general services to our home. EDIT- we have still received no response from Pazeto despite reaching out many more times by phone and email. Our card was charged again for a second missed cleaning. We received a confirmation email several days prior about our scheduled cleaning. We reached out to say that we would no longer be using Pazeto based on our recent experience/missed cleaning/lack of communication. 8/5/22 Edit: We also had a no-call, no-show about a month ago now, after using them for the last 2 years. Luckily our card was not charged. Paige left, and the service went downhill. I’d assume they are now out of business. Prior review: We recently moved into a new house that was not left in the cleanest condition. We found Pazeto Maids online and decided to give them a shot.
