Best team to have on your side. Megan did an incredible job finding us the right home and walked us through the whole process. She’s SO knowledgeable and we ended up with every single thing we wanted in our new home. We have also worked with Dynamic construction on two project builds and their attention to details can’t be beat. Rick’s team is incredible!

Megan Paz manages my rental property and thank God for that! She is intentional, deliberate, and an amazing communicator. I was nervous about having a rental property and she understood my nervousness. Rather than being frustrated by it, she heard my concerns and supported me through the transition of making the idea of a rental a reality. When we get a second property, she will also manage it. If you are looking for a Property Manager, she is the best!

Ricky and Megan have helped us start the process of looking for a house and are the best realtors I know. And if you need anything fixed with your house, Ricky is the man for the job. From putting in a new window to building a new outside deck!!!!
