Richard Paz was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and is the reason I landed on my apartment in a week. I work a hectic schedule, Richard listened to what I was looking for, and selected a variety of places for us to view, that all worked around my schedule. Fantastic real estate office. Hard to find a real estate agency who work hard on finding you the right place and are absolutely nice and professional. I've used them twice. Richard helped me move into our studio two years ago and showed us a ton of places and we chose a studio that was nice. Richard was awesome to work with and down to earth. This is simply the best broker: he is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and extremely reliable. He even went so far as to help with reading a coop board's minutes! He and his office are also very careful to tell you what an apartment is really worth--making sure that you get the most for your money and are not stuck overpaying. An added bonus: he is very funny!

Although we ended up purchasing a house directly from a seller, not through a broker, we had been working with Rebecca Schmitt. Rebecca quickly understood what our needs were and was most helpful in our hunt for a home. She was patient with us, we were first time buyers, but she also had a kind way of steering us in a wise direction. She is very respectful, courteous and professional.

My realtor Rebecca Schmitt was beyond fantastic.!!! As anyone looking to purchase a home in today's market knows it's a bidding war out there .You need a tough realtor who knows how to negotiate with flippers and banks and win that home of your choice.
