As is so typical of so many companies today, they outsource their customer service to another country. Any issues or concerns brought up by the customer are answered from a "programmed" list of responses. We were told that a supervisor would call us. but several days later, no one did. We received a new credit card machine at one of my five businesses. No other changes were made. Paysafe started withdrawing processing fees daily instead of monthly. We called to correct. NO!!! NO!!! and NO!!! After 2 days they shutdown my company account without any explanation and put on hold the money for 90 days! Finally, they release $3500 and telling me the other $2500 they don't have it. After investigation, they founded the money but WAIT FOR....now they telling me they NEVER charge the customers... WHAT??? I do have a Successful Credit Card Settlement Report and they were charge but PAYSAFE just still $2500 from the small company! Shame on YOU!

Do your best not to do work with them. They take money out of your account when they feel like it and do not return the funds nor cancel any accounts. Its like pulling teeth and never getting rid of the tooth ache. I hate I ever used them for services. Not a good way to do business.

Stay away from this company, they offer very good benefits that later turn out to be false. After some many transaction PAYSAFE get to hold for 6-month with no reason on transactions that are totally legit complicating small business cash flow. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PAYSAFE. Read reviews, look for information PAYSAFE works like that!!!!

I wish I could leave a negative 5 star review because of the worst customer service this rip off of a company provides. When you’re a growing company and all of a sudden the said “company” decides you’re making too much money for them to let you process, so they hold $6,000 dollars of your hard earned money for 6 months for NO reason is OUTRAGEOUS. You should be ashamed to be working for your company Ginny.

Awful experience... I was mislead and flat out lied to and told there are no annual fees or PCI compliance charges (As they were my main concerns) 1st bill was fine, except they "Forgot" to Add Discover cards to my account, customer service was slow but eventually after 3 or 4 calls, they released $870.00 of discover card payments they were withholding. 2nd bill comes- annual fee, compliance fee. Paysafe plays games unfortunately. First, they started accruing the fees being not a part of our agreement. When we start asking them what's going on ... The response - oh you have misunderstood something ... Really? This is despite of the fact when the fees were stated and their nature duly prescribed by us, they accepted this. I have just had a support interaction with them from which I concluded they are incompetent and dishonest. We are a small non-profit as used them starting in 2016 to save little on card collection costs. The quoted a good price structure, but we found that they were upping the rates over time without telling us. We switched to FATT Merchant. When we later closed the account with Paysafe, or I-access or whatever they call themselves now, they also closed our Aouthrize.net Gateway account which has put us out of business.
