I've used this insurance for my cleaning business, the company continuously failed to update my address and phone number after I called in 3 times to have it updated. Therefore making me "noncompliant" on audits. Resulting in my insurance being determined non renew. I've never missed a payment and no claims have ever been filed. It makes my business look bad to my customers at no fault of my own.
This agency is so thorough and helpful with accommodating various quirks in the process. We highly recommend them without a doubt!
