AWFUL sales/customer service. Chris came to our house to give us a quote for a tree to be removed at our home. He was very nice and I explained to him we already received an estimate for $2,500. He said no problem, we can match that. He went out to his truck, wrote up an estimate and showed it to me. The estimate said $2,750 which is an extra $250 than the prior quote we received. This company took down half my retention wall after they crushed the bushes to make a path on to my property. After I asked if why they made a 2nd path, which no one could explain and if they were going to fix my wall they told me yes… HOWEVER, not only did they not put the wall back properly they broke bricks on another area of the wall and just took off with the broken brick and never bothered to tell anyone. Our neighbor wanted the tree trimmed over her property... so this is what they did to our Oak tree in the back yard, plus they knocked our fence over and never said anything ... I'd be careful using them.
