RecommendedAs a first time home buyer looking to make some updates to the home - Matt and his team walked us through each and every step of the process when it came to replacing and updating our floors. He refinished our hardwoods throughout the house and placed new hardwood in the kitchen. All of it is completely seamless and you would never even know they weren’t like this originally! Our friends recommended Payneless Flooring. We had carpet replaced in 4 rooms. I found that the technicians and management worked in concert. Matt delivered on every point mentioned in the contract. I had 4 doors adjusted because of the use of a thicker pad. Wilson, the site manager, was focused and meticulous. A final walk through is done by Matt. We had damage to our home due to a fire, Jon and his crew did an amazing job with the floors they put in. due to some settling of the (150 year old) house, there were a couple spots that needed to be reset, they came right out every time and fixed them back to new. They are professional, kind and Patty is so quick to answer any emails with questions/setting up appointments. I HIGHLY recommend them! they stick to their word and have wonderful service, not to mention the finished product is beautiful! p.s. 5 stars all the way!
