My husband's car was hit by another car January 6th, 2017. It was not driveable and the front end was a mess, including the shaft and axle. A Kia dealership recommended Payne and Sons. With all the damage (almost $5000 worth), we picked up the car this morning and it looked brand new!!! Dooley Rogers walked us through everything, including much patience with insurance. We had never been in a wreck and didn't know what to expect. Dooley was fantastic with me. I am so grateful our car was repaired by the very best in Dallas.
They repaired my car after an accident in 2014, and have taken care of a couple of minor things recently. The service is exceptional, the price is fair and the work is done well.
I hear a lot of stories about a lot of businesses about town as I'm in the Merchant services industry and deal with a ton of businesses.....this is a place I have yet to hear a horror story about. I haven't had the need for their services and hope to not have to BUT from what I hear no corners are cut and nothing is spared. You go home with a car just like new!
