Dealership called me, I explained I was 1200 miles away so I wanted to iron out details before making the road trip. The next day someone else emailed me from the dealership having no idea what I already explained, so I explained again. A week later a third person reached out asking if I was available to meet at the dealership that night to see the truck. They don’t communicate internally.

The got me approved, brought me my new truck over 280 miles, and did it all with a smile. I 100% recommend these guys for their fantastic level of customer service. My deal felt important and too me, it was. Thank you for doing and awesome job guys and delivering my beautiful truck. Couldn't be happier.
I asked if the Jeep listed a a Rubicon Hard Rock as described. They never would answer the question. The photo of the Jeep is a Rubicon but not a Hard Rock Edition. I asked several times only to get the question answered with something other than the answer to a simple question.
