DO NOT RENT FROM RICHARD PAYNE INVESTMENTS!!!!!!!! Richard Payne Investments is a joke of a company!! He is a LIAR and a THIEF!! I am a former tenant of one of his disgracful and outragously expensive properties! He charges way to much money in rent and for a deposit and then he doesn't fix anything or follow through with anything, except screwing you out of your money!!!
