I love Payne Publishers 7x10 medium size Academic Monthly Planner. I really appreciate the weight of paper they use in their planners. Some of the better known planner companies use such a light paper weight that most pens bleed through the pages messing up the next month. Thank you Payne! Jan G.
A big shout out to A1 customer service from Payne Publishers! I rec'd a large Payne calendar that I had ordered, but UPS decided to let the large cardboard envelope get water soaked (they apparently tried to dry it out before delivering it to me). The water damage was readily evident, to the envelope and the calendar (even though the calendar was wrapped in plastic!). I called Payne, and their Customer Service rep understood the situation and provided an remedy - a new calendar! Thanks Payne Publishers!
