Payne & Morrison understood the assignment! I ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement for my SO while at work and they delivered! I thought it was a very tasteful bouquet and they delivered it early in the day so all of her clients and work friends could gawk at it. I will definitely keep them in mind for future occasions

I've ordered flowers from another provider for years until they failed me miserably with my past order. I decided to make a change when ordering flowers for a friend who is ill and has a long stay in a local hospital. I found Payne & Morrison online and decided to give them a chance with my order. $81 for this! Not even usable. I specifcially said no spray roses, add bling and sent them a pic. They said no problem and charged me more. The spray roses dont even match and are browning. So disappointed!!
