Payne Mechanical Services handles our plumbing and HVACs at the East Texas Council of Governments (ETCOG), our Area Agency on Aging of East Texas offices, five regional Workforce Solutions East Texas centers, and Senior Meal Sites. The women at the front, Andrea and Johanna, are very prompt and courteous; the techs are always professional and informative.
These are the best plumbers and people I have ever worked with. They are knowledgeable, kind, and super patient. They are very much a one of a kind business.
I have used a few plumbing services over the years and have never come across service like Payne. This team was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsale shit I didn't need.
