I initially visited this office on 6/5/2020 and it has been quite the nightmare since. The office is also known as "404 Gynecology: Karroll Payne, MD." When I first called in for information on this office, Sean McGregor although very pushy seemed pleasant. At my first visit I felt rushed by him and his attitude was actually very short and unpleasant. Absolutely the worst receptionist and care ever. The guy is completely rude and flippant, and even hung up on me saying "OK THANKS BYE" when I tried to ask for my test results, which were 3 weeks late. I switched providers because of how terrible this guy is to everyone. Everything is your fault, not his. Half the time the office is locked and closed, the other half no one answers the phone or checks voicemail. It's difficult to even make an appointment, let alone do anything else. This letter I had to take time to write perfectly explains my horrific experience at Dr. Payne McGregor's office... On the above date, I paid a visit to Dr. Payne McGregor’s office for a follow up because of residual pain after a clear result pap smear that she had performed in October 2013. The concern that I expressed to Dr. Payne and her assistant from my symptoms following the pap smear was that of a yeast infection.
