This place truly knows of customer service. I haven’t been in months and have recently moved back to Tennessee, but I received a call today just checking up on me to see how my back was feeling. On the day of my first appointment, later in the evening, the chiropractor himself* called to check on me. The staff and the doctor truly cares about you and they have definitely turned me into a raving fan.
Dr Payne was great! Explained everything in depth to me. Took his time and even gave me some things to do at home to help other issues. And he even called that night to check on me! Loved that personal touch! So much so that I sent my husband there too! I highly recommend them!!
