Do not do a business with Frank loust, This man is very disrespectful to his clients has no sympathy for his faulty units, cares more about outside work drama that does not occur at his own company. Frank needs to stay with his own company and not try to harass people outside of his company.
We had a great experience with Payne, from the lady dispatcher who scheduled us to AC technician Juan Cartagena who serviced and repaired my unit. Juan was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. Spoke to a guy named Adam the manager from the service department. He stated that they have no interest in servicing my account due to a bill I didn’t pay. I was never notified of having a bill. I called them just before my warranty ended because my i’ve had 6 ac leaks since I moved into my new construction. When they came out to just “check” for the last time, I asked them if there was a bill and he said no. 1 year later, my Ac is taking a shit once again. On February 12th 2026 Roberto Garcia from Payne Air Conditioning and Heating came to our home for an annual service of our two Carrier Infinity heat pumps. Roberto was EXCELLANT. He was thorough, answered all of our questions and took the time to explain what and why he was doing. Payne is our go to for AC work and Roberto represents them well.
