On February 12th 2026 Roberto Garcia from Payne Air Conditioning and Heating came to our home for an annual service of our two Carrier Infinity heat pumps. Roberto was EXCELLANT. He was thorough, answered all of our questions and took the time to explain what and why he was doing. Payne is our go to for AC work and Roberto represents them well.
Shout out to Brett with Payne air conditioning thank you for saving me a bunch of money! Solid Dude!! Really appreciate the advice he gave me and information about my unit. Definitely will be calling this company with any of my future needs.
Called to find out about using duct tape on my air handler they want to charge me $79 to repair the shitty installation that those guys did 7 years ago and use duct tape they actually used duct tape they should have used aluminum tape but they want to charge me $79 to fix that screw up very poor customer service very poor install be careful
